I am up to 264 now, and well....moral is low...heh. ugh... I feel terrible about myself. My mother mentioned to me that my shoulders, face and neck look a little rounder. Ugh... I have decided that I am not going to let this get any more out of hand. I just can't. I have never been this heavy. In 1995 I weighed 200 pounds. Then I quit smoking and gained 20 pounds. I just don't do anything anymore. I go home and lay down and fall asleep. I just can't let this happen. I just can't.
